LBPHD provides on-site annual preventative services that are free to the employer and employee. Screenings include total cholesterol, HDL, and LDL cholesterol, triglycerides, thyroid stimulating hormone, glucose, blood pressure, pulse, BMI, and a health risk assessment. 

Healthy Families is a home visitation program. Interactions with families are relationship-based and designed to promote positive parent-child relationships and healthy attachments.
